I bought 2 persian kittens from the The Pet Company almost a month ago. I was in touch with Habiba and Mr. Vali. The reason I bought kittens from them was that they appear to have a structured selling process (product offering, documentation, certificates, add ons) unlike other online sellers which seem very unorganized. The kittens were delivered from Mumbai to Gurgaon within a few days and on time. Although I didn't receive any package but I have been assured that it would be delivered soon. The best part about The Pet Company is that they provide 24x7 consultation and guidance by putting in touch with you a cat expert (in my case it is Arsh). This is extremely helpful if you have become a pet parent for the first time. I faced a lot of issues with regards to health and diet of one of my kittens, but I have been able to ride through tough times because of Arsh's expert advice and pro-active attitude. Also, Pet Company promises to provide consultation and advise throughout the life of cat which I believe is unique for any seller. I recommend buying cats from the Pet Company.
